National Subscribers:

Certain countries provide a national subscription that allows all or some of their academic bodies to use our service free of charge at the Economy level. Countries that are covered by such agreements are: Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. Please email news@alphagalileo.org to see if you can use the service free of charge.

Paying by Direct Debit or Credit Card:

We accept debit card and credit card payments via Paypal and they are both subject to a fee from 3.5% to 5% depending on the country. Please email admin@alphagalileo.org for details. 

VAT:

VAT may be payable depending on an organisations VAT status and country. Please email admin@alphagalileo.org for details. 

Weekend postings:

We no longer automatically provide weekend cover to process new content. If you have a Standard Level subscription or above, please use the future posting facility that is available to Standard level subscribers.

For Economy level subscription we will provide cover at the rate of €60.00 plus VAT per release, by prior arrangement.

Conference support packages: 

We offer a range of packages to support your conference including conference mini-sites, home page banners and media training. Please email news@alphagalileo.org for further information.
