A panel of business experts will be offering insights into effective leadership strategies in the last of the current series of Aston University’s leadership events for business professionals on Tuesday 25 February 2025.
Leadership Matters: Leading with Resilience will highlight how successful business leaders empower and develop high-performing teams, whilst focusing on strategies to build resilient teams, manage risks and drive innovation in uncertain times.
The event, which will begin with a panel discussion and will conclude with a networking session, will be hosted by Ian Cornelius (director of Aston Executive MBA and senior leadership programmes). The panel will consist of Rob Noble (head of Commercial, Curzon and Interchange Stations, HS2 Ltd), Louise Pilkington (director of innovation, Domino’s) and Andy Bass (managing director, BassClusker Consulting).
