Chongqing University and Maximum Academic Press Announce the Launch of Plant Hormones

Chongqing University and Maximum Academic Press (MAP) are very pleased to announce the launch of open-access journal: Plant Hormones.

Plant Hormones (https://www.maxapress.com/ph) is an open-access, academic journal publishing rigorously peer-reviewed original articles, reviews, break-through methods, editorials, and perspectives on broad aspects of plant hormone biosynthesis, signal transduction, crosstalk, and roles on growth and development, fruit ripening and senescence, analytical methods. The journal primarily publishes fundamental research that represents significant advances or new insights into specialized areas of plant hormones, and review articles that provide comprehensive and critical review of current research areas and offer directions or perspectives for future research. The journal also publishes applied research that has significant implications for the development of agriculture, horticulture, and forestry. Plant Hormones aims to provide a community forum by publishing editorials and perspective papers for expressing opinions on specific issues or new perspectives about existing research on particular topics.

Professor Zhengguo Li from the Key Laboratory of Plant Hormones and Molecular Breeding of Chongqing, School of Life Sciences, Chongqing University who serves as the Editor-in-Chief. He said: "It is my great pleasure to announce the launching of Plant Hormones. Our new journal aims to become a highly respected and credible source of hormone information in plant research. This journal will also provide a much-needed platform to promote worldwide academic exchange and knowledge dissemination for scientists, researchers, teachers, and students in the field of botany. I would like to express my gratitude for the experts in plant hormone research field for their dedications to editorial committee work, and Maximum Academic Press for publishing this journal.”
