This Best Practice Book compiles the extensive knowledge gained from ten innovative demonstrators, showcasing breakthrough technologies and tested methodologies. These demonstrators span the recycling sector, food, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, food packaging, agriculture, and digitalisation, offering strategic insights for upcycling agri-food waste and managing complex materials.
The book serves as a strategic guide, equipping researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and sustainability advocates with actionable strategies to replicate and scale successful practices.
